Here's the link to the petition that midnightbanshee started on Livejournal. I'm not too sure about the full story behind this...you can read the background in the link; basically, Korea thought Hetalia was offensive to their country and they wanted to stop the broadcasting of the anime on TV. This petition was created to counteract these actions. Note: The petition is moderated and your IP address will be logged.
